I purchased tires. Since my purchase they have done free rotation every 5000 miles or so and service has been excellent. They also repaired my tire when I collected a screw. I will definitely go there when I need tires again.

Fast efficient and very cost effective work. Changed my oil in less than thirty minutes without an appointment for less cost than I could buy the oil and do the work Myself. Great people to work with. I would recommend them for any services.

Mason is always so sweet and friendly! He makes the whole oil change experience quick, easy, and stress-free. Great customer service every time, and I always leave happy. Highly recommend!

I bought a car off of them, and it had some issues. I called them back up and he told me to put it in and get it fixed and he would pay for it! I would’ve given him a five star rating, but took one star off for selling me a car that had issues. But he fixed it in the end! So I’m very happy with this company.

Mason is awesome. After going to Free Service Tire in Boones Creek three times with no luck, speaking to foreigners who aren’t even local with their phone service, and no attendant at the desk….I was so gracious to find Mason and Hayworth Tire in Johnson City. They answered the phone locally, spoke English as a first language, changed my tire and installed my new one. All FOR A MUCH LOWER PRICE THAN FREE SERVICE. Also learned their prices were much lower ($80 per tire) than what I have been paying on tire rack.com. With Mason and his staff’s outstanding service (did I mention how quickly they worked?) they just earned a customer for life.
